Not really. Our body uses glucose as a main energy source, which we get from food. Sleeping gives our body chance to rest so we don’t use so much glucose, and it also gives our immune system a chance to repair things in our body.
Some people use caffeine (in coffee, tea, coca cola and energy drinks) as a way to feel more alert/awake, but this is a temporary fix until your body can get some food!
