      Actually not. Our memories, rather than being stored by adding more neurons (which also happens) are mainly stored in the CONNECTIONS between neurons (brain cells). So many different memories can be stored using exactly the same amount of neurons. But sometimes new cells are created, but since our brain is folded it can store more neurons with roughly the same volume.
