Lava is made deep underground where the pressure is HUGE.
Grab some blu-tac and keep squeezing it and squeezing, heats up right?

Well now that’s what’s going on deep deep below you, rock and metals are being crushed and heated up until they become liquid (lava).

      Recipe of lava.

Ingredients: rocks, which contain oxygen (O), silicon (Si), aluminum (Al), iron (Fe), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), sodium (Na), potassium (K), titanium (Ti), manganese (Mn), and a sprinkle of some other chemicals

Oven: 700 – 1,200°C. The heat comes from the centre of the Earth, which is the same for spa. (relax)
