• Question: is the logic in Jurassic park correct, can we really create dinosaurs using lizard DNA and bird DNA and would it be safer than it seems?

You would never be able to create a dinosaur using lizard and bird DNA, these are completely different and distinct from dinosaurs, although they did both emerge during the middle of the jurassic period (around 144-206 million years ago)!
The only way to even begin to think about creating dinosaurs would be to know what their original DNA code was, and unfortunately we don’t know that. DNA breaks down over time (even if its preserved in amber like in the film!) and it would be very hard, if not impossible, to get a complete sequence.
And no, even if we could, I don’t think it would be very safe to make a dinosaur. I’m quite happy watching the film though 🙂
