  Allergies are a reaction of our immune system for different things. What usually happens with allergies is that the immune system mistakes a benign thing- like peanut, egg or pollen- as a potentially dangerous intruder and fights it off. Unfortunately, this can back fire since it weakens the body and has many nasty side effects.
