Cancer happens when our natural cell producing mechanism goes wrong. What happens is cancer is that instead of creating useful cells that help our bodies do what they should a ‘rogue’ group of cells starts to grow and steal resources from the other ‘good’ cells in the body. Unfortunately, the ‘bad’ cells also live in our bodies and use our own bodies as a ‘human shield’ to protect themselves. Harming them without harming the body is really difficult. But, scientists work day and night on developing way to specifically harm only the ‘bad’ cancer cells without harming the ‘good’ ones. So I think that in the future we will be able to cure many more types of cancer and less and less people will die of it.
