Currently a multitude of scientists are trying to figure out how this disease is caused. Once they manage to pinpoint the exact causes I am sure an actual cure will soon follow. For now, though, we can still focus on prevention making the disease less likely. Recent studies show that regular exercise, good diet, good sleep patterns and exercising the brain all help reduce the risk of ever getting Alzheimer’s. So even if we there is no cure, at least we can reduce our chances of getting the disease in the first place.
